After your purchase, in the downloaded folder you’ll find a Mockup Manual PDF with the details but here are a few simple steps about how to add your own content to the mockup:
1. Open the PSD file in Adobe Photoshop.
2. Look for the smart layer/object labelled "— Your Design Here —" and double-click it.
3. A second image (PSB) will appear that you want to drag and drop your content into.
4. Save and close the PSB file.
5. Boom! Your design appeared in the PSD file!
PSB stands for "Photoshop Big" but is also known as the 'large document format. These files basically extend your PSD file so you can add extra information to the image.
As long as you modify our files on your computer and publish them on your website as non-editable image files (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.). Usage limitations vary depending on the license you select for our mockups.
The purchased mockup can be used for an unlimited number of personal or client projects. However, usage is subject to certain restrictions based on the license option you choose. The license allows for a variety of uses, but there are some friendly heads-ups to keep in mind:
Distribution: You can share your creations far and wide, up to a certain number of end products.
Advertising, E-commerce, Templates and Digital Applications: There are specific guidelines about using the materials for paid ads, on e-commerce platforms, in website templates, mobile apps, desktop apps, and games.
We encourage you to review the details of your license for a comprehensive understanding of these limitations..For more information check our Licenses.
Of course! All of our mockups are suitable for printing with their 300 dpi resolution.
